What is collected

Standard web server logs record pages requested, the time, the referring page, the browser and operating system and an internet protocol address. These are generated automatically and are used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are read.

If you send an email to an address published here, we hold that correspondence in order to reply to it.

No advertising or tracking cookies are set. The content management system may set a session cookie for anyone logging in to administer the site.

Analytics

Where analytics are used they are used in aggregate. They are not used to build a profile of an individual reader and the data is not sold.

Third parties

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so a request is made to that service when a page loads. No other third party resources are embedded. This site links to other sites, which have their own policies.

What is not done

Information about readers is not sold, rented or traded, and none is shared with advertisers, because this site carries no advertising.
